If you have GI symptoms like abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, or bloating and haven’t been able to find clear answers about why or how to solve it — You are not alone.
One or more of these symptoms can be an indication of a “functional GI disorder”.
Common functional GI disorders include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional constipation, heartburn, functional dyspepsia, and others.
These conditions are real, and they can have many contributing factors including stress, sleep, nutrition, and more. Figuring out what drives your symptoms can be difficult and lonely.
