Patrick Leonard
Co-Founder & CEO
Patrick Leonard is a digital health entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience building and scaling healthcare technology and virtual care platforms. Before co-founding SideBy Care, he led the development of CVS Health Virtual Care and held leadership roles at Aetna, where he helped launch Aetna Digital, and at iTriage, where he served as CTO as the platform grew to more than 20 million users. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Sopris Health, an AI-powered healthcare technology company.
Sahil R. Patel, MD
Co-Founder & CMO
Sahil R. Patel, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist and Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of SideBy Care. Drawing on his experience treating patients with chronic digestive conditions, he provides clinical leadership for SideBy Care’s evidence-based approach to integrating behavioral health and nutrition into GI care. Dr. Patel completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital, where he served as chief resident and chief fellow. He continues to practice in the greater Philadelphia area.
